High Pressure Condensate Recovery Unit
The High Pressure Condensate Recovery Unit by Aerothermic Fomat is designed to recover high-temperature condensate from corrugator steam systems and return it directly to the boiler feed circuit.
In conventional steam systems, condensate is usually collected in a tank where pressure and temperature may be reduced. This can lower the temperature of the boiler feed water and negatively affect the overall energy efficiency of the system.
Aerothermic Fomat’s condensate recovery unit is designed to keep the condensate recovery pressure as high as possible, helping maintain a higher boiler feed water temperature. This supports a reduction in burner fuel consumption and contributes to a more efficient steam and condensate cycle.
