MX450TA Semiautomatic core cutter

The MX450TA is a semiautomatic machine designed to cut carboard cores with high thickness. The device is able to cut cores with diameters starting from 70 mm up to 400 m. The wide working range of the machine is obtained with the blade always in the same position and turning the core by means of rolls.

The rotation of the cardboard core is obtained by means of three rolls. Two rolls are positioned on the working flat of the machine and are controlled by an electric gearmotor. The third roll is neutral and it’s installed on a vertical trolley which descends on the core vertically. The vertical trolley is moved by a pneumatic piston and slides up and down on linear rails. The machine is equipped with some suction points properly positioned which recovers the residual dust if connected to a suction device.
