PSP600 Shaft puller

The PSP600 shaft puller is designed for the insertion and the extraction of the expandable shaft of the reels coming from the PM. Positioned in line with the stop position of the output guides of the wrapper, it works in conjunction with a lifting platform.

Main features

Main structure composed of a beam bearing the sliding guides of the clamping-head cart
Clamping-head cart
Cart moving system composed by chains wiht a 63 mm pitch and equipped with metal slats
Slats equipped with plastic material saddles, at regular intervals, to support the shaft during the whole pulling phase
Gear motor to move the chain-based system of the cart
Electrical control panel installed close the equipment including logic and power controls
