Steam pump for corrugators

The Aerothermic Fomat steam pump for corrugators is designed to manage condensate drainage and support steam pressure control across the different sections of the corrugator.

In conventional systems, condensate drainage through steam traps requires a minimum pressure differential between the machine and the return line. This can limit steam pressure regulation, especially when pressure needs to be reduced in specific sections of the system.

The Aerothermic Fomat steam pump overcomes this limitation by sending condensate into the high-pressure return line and supporting more flexible control of process temperatures. This solution is particularly useful for modern corrugators, where the use of lightweight, recycled or semi-chemical papers requires more accurate control of heat, pressure and moisture during corrugated board production.
